Henderson Drake is partnering with a OneStream specialist consultancy to find a Senior Consultant for their managed services practice. This isn't a traditional support function focused on closing tickets. The work is structured around continuous platform improvement, advisory-led engagement, and helping clients get more from their OneStream investment after go-live.

This is a role for someone who understands that post-implementation is where the real work begins. You'll be working as a named expert within a dedicated client relationship, identifying enhancements, guiding platform decisions, and delivering meaningful change rather than reactive fixes.

You'll be joining a team built around deep OneStream specialism and long-term client partnerships, where the emphasis is on moving platforms forward, not maintaining the status quo.

What you will be doing

• Act as a dedicated platform expert across a portfolio of post-go-live OneStream clients
• Identify and deliver platform enhancements, process improvements, and optimisation opportunities
• Provide advisory guidance on OneStream configuration, architecture, and best practice
• Support clients with strategic planning around their OneStream roadmap
• Manage day-to-day client relationships with a focus on continuity and trust
• Work within defined SLAs while maintaining an enhancement-first mindset
• Contribute to the development of the managed services practice

What you will bring

• Hands-on OneStream experience across post-go-live environments
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities proactively
• Confidence managing client relationships at a senior level
• A background in EPM implementation or platform advisory, rather than traditional IT support
• The ability to balance structured support commitments with longer-term enhancement work
