Henderson Drake is partnering with a specialist IBM Planning Analytics consultancy to find a TM1/PAX Support Consultant with hands-on development experience and the technical grounding to support and improve live client environments.

The firm operates a managed services and support model built around genuine platform expertise, where the expectation is that consultants understand TM1 from the inside out and can resolve issues, identify improvements, and add value beyond simply keeping systems running. What you will be doing

• Provide technical support across a portfolio of live TM1 and Planning Analytics client environments
• Develop and maintain TurboIntegrator processes to support data integration and automation requirements
• Diagnose and resolve platform issues, identifying root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes
• Work with clients to understand their support needs and deliver solutions that hold up over time
• Identify opportunities for platform improvement and optimisation within client environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Maintain clear documentation across supported environments

What you will bring

• 1+ years of hands-on TM1 or Planning Analytics development experience
• Proven TurboIntegrator experience, with the ability to build and troubleshoot TI processes confidently
• A solid understanding of TM1 architecture, rules, dimensions, and cube structures
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
• The ability to communicate technical findings clearly to client stakeholders
• A genuine interest in IBM Planning Analytics as a platform and a desire to keep developing within it
