Application Support Consultant - Hemel Hempstead

As an Application Support Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for customers, helping them navigate technical challenges. Your role will include:

• Supporting ERP Modules: Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-commerce, BI, and Supply Chain.

• Responding to Customer Queries: Investigate issues and provide solutions with care and professionalism.

• Documentation: Record problems, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

• Collaboration: Work with colleagues and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

• A systematic approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

• Initiative and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, empathetic manner.

• Confidence managing customer experience under pressure.

• Experience with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management software.

• A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business.

• Financial acumen or knowledge of management reporting.

Bonus skills:

• SQL Server/MySQL experience, including Scripting & Admin Studio.

• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, SSL Certificates, REST API, SOAP, Postman, SoapUI.

• Experience with CRM, E-commerce, BI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or EDI.
