Are you an experienced Oracle ERP professional with a passion for improving financial systems and processes?
We're supporting a government client currently undergoing a major transformation programme, and they're seeking an Oracle ERP/Finance Functional Analyst to support both system enhancements and day-to-day operations across core financial modules.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work across business and technical teams, helping ensure that the ERP platform effectively supports operational and strategic finance needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting and improving Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, FA, AR, AC, CM)
• Translating business requirements into effective system configurations
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues with a structured, analytical approach
• Collaborating with finance users, functional leads, and technical teams
• Contributing to the delivery of ongoing system enhancements and improvements
• Supporting data, reporting, and integration workstreams

What We're Looking For:

• Solid hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials (GL, FA, AR, AC, CM)
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and configure based on business requirements
• Good understanding of ERP data structures and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with the full ERP project delivery life cycle
• Methodical approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement

Desirable Experience:

• Exposure to additional ERP modules such as P2P or PPM
• Involvement in system enhancement or transformation projects
• Experience working in large, complex organisations or cross-functional delivery teams
