What You'll Do 🛠️

• Be the go-to expert for our customers' IT needs, supporting hardware, software, and network issues. 🖥️🔧
• Take full ownership of technical issues and resolve them efficiently. ✅
• Collaborate with your team and share your expertise to help others grow. 🤝
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues. 🔍💡
• Support both on-site and remote customers (up to 20% travel). 🚗

What We're Looking For 🎯

• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop & Server environments 🪟
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Azure ☁️
• Hands-on with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs 🌐
• Networking and firewall skills (Cisco, HP, Watchguard, SonicWALL) 🔌
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware & Hyper-V 🖥️💾
• Storage technologies (NAS, NetApps, Synology) and SQL Server knowledge 🗄️
• Automation skills using Python or PowerShell 🐍⚡
• Strong customer focus, initiative, and organizational skills 🏆

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 1+ years' experience in IT support or a technical service desk environment
• SaaS company experience is a plus! 🌟
