IT Field Engineer

IT Field Engineer - North West (Full-Time, Permanent)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
Location: North West, multiple client sites
Client: MSP (Managed Service Provider)
Driving licence & own car required - mileage paid

We are working with a leading MSP in the Northwest, and they are on the market for an experienced IT Field Engineer to come in and help deliver projects on customer sites and also help out on the service desk. This role will be mainly on the road working with their customers, delivering top notch service and delivering on projects with some desk based support when not on customer site. Super exciting opportunity with such an amazing team!

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support and installations across various client locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Servers, networks, and cloud services
- Install and migrate Microsoft server environments
- Configure and maintain Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
- Maintain backup procedures and implement security solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation after probation
