Position Available : Security Engineer (DevSecOps)Location : OxfordshireSalary : £50,000 - £55,000Experience needed : Experience building and supporting cloud security solutions within AWS environments, with hands-on exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security tooling.About our TeamWe're looking for a Security Engineer to join our Security Engineering team, helping to build, deploy, and support the security tooling that protects large-scale cloud platforms.This is a hands-on role focused on AWS, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and DevSecOps practices. You'll work closely with security, cloud, and software engineering teams to improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency across the organisation's technology estate.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using TerraformDevelop and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub ActionsDeploy, configure, and maintain security tooling across cloud environmentsWork with engineering teams to improve security, reliability, and operational resilienceImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsSupport incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activitiesContribute to automation initiatives and security-by-design practicesRequirementsExperience working with AWS cloud environmentsHands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as CodeExperience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub ActionsKnowledge of security tooling such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, or vulnerability management platformsScripting experience using Python, Shell, or similar languagesExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch or New RelicUnderstanding of DevOps, Agile, and cloud security best practicesStrong communication and collaboration skillsIf you'd like to learn more or register your interest, hit apply as we'd love to hear from you!TPBN1_UKTJ
