The Role

As a Senior Linux & Automation Consultant, you'll take ownership of high-impact client projects from architecture and design through to hands-on implementation. You'll design and build scalable infrastructures, streamline operations with Infrastructure as Code, and be the trusted technical advisor clients turn to for guidance.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing and delivering Linux-based infrastructures for enterprise clients.
• ? Driving automation with Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
• Enhancing monitoring/observability with Zabbix and other tools.
• Acting as a consultant and advisor - translating client needs into technical reality.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative learning culture.
• Collaborating across cloud (AWS), virtualization (Nutanix), networking, storage, and backup.
• Championing agile ways of working to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is both technically strong and a great communicator:

• Expert Linux sysadmin background with deep automation skills.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Zabbix, Git.
• Cloud experience - especially AWS - plus virtualization (Nutanix).
• Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise stakeholders.
• Strong experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, mentoring).
• Problem-solver who enjoys working on complex technical puzzles.
• A genuine passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and innovation.
