Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in Preston (Tuesday to Thursday)Security Clearance: Candidates must be UK nationals - eligible for UK SC security clearanceAre you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant looking to take the lead on large-scale HR transformation programmes We're looking for a Senior Consultant with strong SuccessFactors Recruitment expertise to join a high-performing SAP practice delivering complex, global implementations for major enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to lead functional workstreams, influence solution design, and work alongside experienced SAP professionals on some of the UK's most exciting HR transformation projects.What You'll Be DoingLeading SuccessFactors Recruitment implementations on large, global programmesDriving business process design and transformation workshopsAdvising clients on SAP best practice and the latest SuccessFactors innovationsManaging and mentoring functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery modelsSupporting pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP responses and client demonstrationsBuilding trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project teamsEnsuring high-quality project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycleWhat We're Looking ForProven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementationsStrong knowledge of SuccessFactors, with exposure to multiple modules preferredExperience working on global HR transformation programmesExcellent stakeholder management and presentation skillsKnowledge of the wider SuccessFactors ecosystem, including employee experience technologiesExperience supporting business development or pre-sales activitiesA collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing othersThe OpportunityWork on large-scale enterprise HR transformation programmesCollaborate with highly experienced SAP specialists across global teamsPlay a key role in solution design and client engagementJoin a growing SAP practice with excellent long-term project opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
