What you’ll be up to:
- Grow revenue with a set portfolio of customers through smart planning, proactive outreach, and solid follow-through.
- Be the friendly face (or voice!) customers rely on — keep the CRM tidy and relationships thriving.
- Own the details: process orders like a pro, support invoicing, and solve any hiccups with grace.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to keep things running like clockwork.
- Keep your pipeline flowing and follow up on quotes — upsell where it makes sense and adds value.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Love chatting with customers and can explain things clearly, confidently, and kindly.
- Get a buzz from hitting targets and managing your time like a boss.
- Are organised, detail-driven, and happy juggling a few systems (CRM/order processing).
- Bring a problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude — no lone wolves here!
Bonus points (but not a deal-breaker): Experience in IT/AV/UC distribution, sales forecasting, or sales methodologies.
