Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the IT sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in sales, offering structured development and genuine progression as the business continues to grow. The role is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week based in their offices in Sunderland and the rest based from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients within the target market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs.
  • Arrange introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in building a career in IT sales.
  • Previous sales experience within B2C, Retail, or a targeted role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and social media.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

As Junior Sales Executive, the successful applicant can expect a salary of £26,000 - £28,000, plus a £6,000 performance bonus.
