Growth Analyst - Data Driven Decision Making

Salary: Up to £85,000 (DOE)
Our client, a scaling, innovative tech4good company, is seeking a highly skilled Growth Analyst to join their fast paced team in London.
Position overview:
As a Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data driven decision making within the Growth team. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure that company performance is clearly understood and that decisions are grounded in data driven insights and your analysis and reporting will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth strategies and initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the right hand person to two key senior stakeholders, regularly providing intuitive insights of company performance
- Conduct root cause analysis to gain deep insights into campaign performance and customer behaviour
- Analyse unstructured data to uncover actionable insights and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs
- Maintain and optimise performance reporting in BI tools, ensuring accessibility and usability for business users
- Collaborate with data and analytics engineering teams to model data effectively and build impactful reporting solutions
We'd be really keen to speak with you if you have:
- 3+ years of product analytics or BI analytics experience in a high-growth company
- A proven track record of driving business performance through actionable insights and effective presentation skills
- The ability to break down complex problems and dive deep into overlooked issues
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying and transforming large datasets (billions of rows) using tools like Snowflake
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, with a knack for creating highly accessible and digestible visualisations and dashboards
