About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of over 100 clients within the financial services industry. Your primary focus will be on managing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they receive maximum value from the data intelligence platform.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, conduct strategic reviews, and act as the voice of the client within the business, providing valuable feedback to the product and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of more than 100 clients in the financial sector, taking ownership of renewals and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead regular strategic review meetings with senior client stakeholders, using data to demonstrate the platform's value and return on investment.
  • Develop and implement scalable onboarding and client success processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Product Specialists and Customer Success professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product development roadmap.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to mitigate churn and ensure long-term partnerships.

About You

We are looking for a professional with a proven ability to manage complex client relationships and a genuine interest in the FinTech sector.

  • You have 3 to 5 years of account management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, data, or financial services company.
  • You are experienced in working with senior decision-makers within financial services.
  • You are commercially astute, with proven experience managing renewals, handling pricing discussions, and building strong business cases for expansion.
  • You possess the technical understanding to grasp data products and effectively communicate with product specialists.
  • You have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients effectively.
  • You are a clear and credible communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your work.

What’s on Offer

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £100,000, with on-target earnings of £150,000.
  • The opportunity to make a significant impact in a small, autonomous team.
  • A role with direct influence on the company’s strategy and product direction.
  • An environment that supports accelerated personal and professional growth.
