Position Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and scaling the platform. You will work across the full technology stack, building features that directly impact how organisations manage their operations. Your contributions will span backend infrastructure, frontend user experience, third-party integrations, and technical architecture planning, as you work closely with product teams and designers to deliver solutions that solve real customer problems.

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end features, from definition through to release, collaborating with product and design teams.
  • Write backend services using TypeScript, Node, Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes.
  • Develop frontend interfaces using TypeScript and React, ensuring a strong user experience and design craftsmanship.
  • Expand and maintain the third-party integration marketplace, enabling seamless connections with external systems.
  • Contribute to technical architecture planning and infrastructure improvements.
  • Fix bugs, improve system performance, and maintain code quality across the platform.
  • Support customers and sales teams by understanding their needs and translating feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development, (some of this must be within SaaS environments.)
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript and a genuine appreciation for the language and its ecosystem.
  • Proven experience across the core tech stack: JavaScript, React, Node, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and designers, with a track record of delivering customer value.
  • An appreciation for design and digital product craftsmanship, with an eye for quality and detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments where shipping quickly and maintaining high standards are equally important.
