Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Their work spans eCommerce, tech, AI, fashion and beyond – with a high-growth US fashion brand currently accounting for the majority of the Paid Media team’s focus. With over £1 million in annual ad spend for this account alone, this role offers the chance to work on campaigns at significant scale, alongside a team of paid media specialists with a collaborative, ego-free culture.

The team’s structure avoids traditional client services silos – meaning you’ll get full exposure to both client-facing responsibilities and hands-on activation.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll take a lead role in delivering high-performance campaigns across PPC and Paid Social for a key eCommerce client. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading on both PPC (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) strategy and execution
  • Managing campaigns end-to-end: from planning and activation to reporting and optimisation
  • Collaborating with internal teams across CRM and marketing to drive cross-channel growth
  • Client communication and performance reporting, with direct access to key stakeholders
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members (depending on experience)
  • Contributing to testing, CRO and wider performance strategies

Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in either PPC or Paid Social (ideally both)
  • Background in eCommerce is essential
  • Proven track record managing significant ad budgets (ideally £100k+/month)
  • Comfortable working across international markets (main focus is US, with some EU)
  • Knowledge of platforms like GA4, and experience with A/B testing and CRO tools
  • Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads and other emerging platforms
