Interim Senior Legal Counsel - Privacy & Marketing

We're working with a leading global technology business looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its privacy team on an interim basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advise on complex privacy, marketing and product matters in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role can be fully remote or hybrid, with availability during Central European business hours.

You'll provide commercially focused advice on GDPR, ePrivacy, marketing and product privacy issues, supporting new product launches, data sharing initiatives and evolving global privacy regulations. Working closely with legal, compliance, risk and commercial teams, you'll help deliver practical solutions that enable the business to innovate while managing legal risk.

We're looking for a lawyer with 5+ years' PQE and strong in-house and/or private practice experience in privacy and data protection. Experience advising technology, digital or e-commerce businesses is highly desirable, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and a commercial, pragmatic approach. Familiarity with the DSA, DMA and AI Act would be an advantage.
