MIS Manager

HRG Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Further Education College in Oxford to recruit an experienced and forward-thinking MIS Manager. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on data strategy, system optimisation, and driving institutional success through intelligent information management.

As MIS Manager, you’ll lead the college’s Management Information Systems function, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and compliance across all departments. You’ll be instrumental in shaping data-driven decision-making, supporting curriculum planning, funding returns, and performance analysis.

• Oversee the college’s MIS operations, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting
• Manage ILR submissions and ensure full compliance with ESFA and other funding bodies
• Lead and develop a small team of MIS professionals
• Collaborate with curriculum and support teams to optimise data usage
• Provide strategic insights through dashboards and performance metrics
• Ensure GDPR compliance and robust data governance

• Proven experience in MIS management within the Further Education sector
• Strong understanding of ILR, funding methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MIS software (e.g., ProSolution, EBS, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
