Defence Training Specialist

Please note that this is a fully on-site role, and to be considered candidates must hold an active UK security clearance to a high government standard.

The role

We are seeking a Defence Training Specialist with experience in military intelligence to join the Hexegic team, supporting the implementation teams in strengthening partnerships with our customers. In this role you will work with users to train, mentor and flag technical issues, and be responsible for platform administration, and training, creating and issuing standard operating procedures to enable the development of software.

Core Responsibilities

• Embed with user groups to understand workflows and own the creation of Standard Operating Procedures for applications
• Build and maintain training materials suited to a growing and diverse user base
• Run formal training calendars for users, alongside desk-side training when necessary
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site
• Own the end-to-end process for onboarding and off-boarding users
• Provide liaison and feedback to the engineering team about improvements
• Regular UK based and overseas travel to support the user base

What we are looking for

• Active DV security clearance
• Military experience in an intelligence capacity
• Ability to communicate complex material in a clear and concise manner to a range of user abilities
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas
• Training qualification such as Defence Trainer, Defence Trainer Course (DTC), Defence Train a trainer course or similar training qualification.
