As a Software Development Manager you will be involved in day to day management of a team of 10+ engineers. You will also be involved in the Architecture and future planning of their products.This is a semi remote Software Development Manager role. Most of the team are in the office 4 days a week. Due to the nature of the work, a technical background or relevant engineering background is essential.Key SkillsDegree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or SimilarExcellent background in C++ development or modelling related industries (CFD, O&G, Gaming etc)4+ years project lead or Team lead experienceGood experience liaising with customers on requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe company are able to offer circa 55k – 80k dependent on experience, with flexibility beyond this on particularly relevant candidates.
