Account Manager
Heyoo is not a typical consultancy. We’re a customer experience operations partner working with ambitious businesses across the UK, Middle East and North America. Clients come to us for clarity, execution and measurable results across marketing, sales and service.
We’re building a sharper, more accountable team and are looking for an Account Manager who wants to step up, take ownership and grow quickly. This is not a passive client services role, you’ll be expected to think, act and take responsibility early.
The role
You will support and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring work runs smoothly, communication is tight and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with senior team members but will be expected to take increasing ownership of clients, projects and outcomes over time.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow into a senior position quickly by stepping up, not waiting.
What you'll be responsible for
Client coordination and communication
- Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Support and run client meetings, capturing actions and driving follow ups
- Ensure clients always know what is happening and what comes next
Ownership of delivery flow
- Keep projects moving across marketing, CRM and delivery teams
- Track actions, deadlines and outputs across accounts
- Ensure nothing gets missed between meetings and execution
Supporting growth and strategy
- Spot opportunities to improve client performance
- Support senior team members in building strategies and roadmaps
- Contribute ideas, not just updates
Commercial awareness
- Understand what drives value for each client
- Support identification of upsell or expansion opportunities
- Track performance and outcomes across accounts
Platform and CRM exposure
- Build working knowledge of HubSpot and related tools
- Support with reporting, dashboards and performance tracking
- Learn how CRM, marketing and sales connect
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years in account management, client services or similar role
- Experience in an agency, consultancy or SaaS environment
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Someone who takes responsibility and follows things through
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and priorities
- Interest in CRM, marketing and revenue operations
