We’re looking for a Senior HubSpot Consultant who can take ownership of complex environments and turn them into high performing, scalable systems. You will lead, design and improve systems that drive revenue.
The role:
You will own the technical and operational success of client CRM environments.
That means:
- auditing and fixing broken systems
- designing scalable architecture
- implementing automation that actually works
- guiding clients with confidence
You are the person who brings clarity to complexity.
What you'll be responsible for:
Platform ownership
- Lead HubSpot strategy and implementation across client accounts
- Take ownership of CRM structure, data, automation and reporting
- Identify gaps and drive improvements proactively
System design and optimisation
- Build workflows, lifecycle models, segmentation and scoring
- Design CRM architecture that supports real business processes
- Improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Implement advanced features including integrations and custom objects
Commercial thinking
- Understand how CRM drives pipeline and revenue
- Build dashboards that show performance, not just data
- Align systems to sales, marketing and service goals
Client leadership
- Run workshops, audits and strategic sessions
- Translate technical detail into clear, actionable insight
- Act as a trusted advisor
Ownership
- Solve problems without waiting for direction
- Bring improvements proactively
- Ensure systems work in practice, not just in theory
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation and reporting
- Experience working in consultancy or agency environments
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and complex setups
- Ability to think commercially, not just technically
- Someone who takes ownership and improves things without being asked
Strong bonus if you have:
- Experience with migrations, integrations or API work
- Familiarity with tools like Supered, Aircall, Clay, Databox
- Experience designing systems across marketing, sales and service
