Backend Developer — Hiring

We are supporting a partner company in identifying a Backend Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of server-side systems and application infrastructure.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys building scalable backend logic, working with APIs, and ensuring reliable data processing behind modern digital products.

What you will be working on

• Developing and maintaining backend services and APIs

• Designing and managing database structures and queries

• Implementing business logic and system integrations

• Ensuring system performance, security, and reliability

• Supporting debugging and resolving backend issues

• Collaborating with frontend developers and product teams

What we are looking for

• Experience with backend development technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and system architecture

• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Structured and detail-oriented development approach

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
