Managing Director - UK InsurTech

Our client is a new entrant to the UK InsurTech market and they are looking for a General Manager who has full P&L responsibility for setting up UK business, covering strategy, execution, team building, and commercial performance. This is a digital Insurance distribution platform so knowledge of a range of non-life products/markets is essential.

Responsibility

• Responsibility for P&L responsibility including revenue, costs, and profitability for UK business
• Build and set up UK operations from scratch
• Execute UK market strategy with speed and discipline
• Drive growth through partnerships and distribution channels
• Work closely with product and engineering to localise the platform

What We're Looking For

• Background in tech, digital platforms, fintech, or high-growth environments from insurance/ Reinsurance/ consulting
• Proven ownership of commercial outcomes and P&L
• Experience building and leading teams
• Strong commercial judgement and execution focus
• Deep understanding of the UK insurance market
