What you’ll do

• Build and manage search pipelines for cutting-edge AI & data roles
• Research target markets and identify world-class candidates
• Write engaging outreach messages and candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews and support clients & candidates through the process
• Partner with experienced consultants and the Founder on global searches

Who you are

You might be a recent graduate or early-career mover (6–24 months in).
