🚨 EU Recruitment MD - Contract Tech - £150k base / £250k OTE + equity 🚨

My client, a 70+ head, global Tech recruitment specialist, are looking to secure a new MD to pioneer growth, after a period of reorganisation.

In this role, you will be oversee multiple European sites (LDN HQ) with a key focus on the below ⬇️

🟠 Commerical strategy - being hands-on with customers is a non-negotiable

⚪️ Headcount expansion - the first growth milestone = 100-heads

🟠 People development - you will have multiple layers of leadership reporting into you

🟠 Extensive background of success with growth - across both perm & contract

⚪️ A minimum of 7-years of management exp
