Delivery Consultant
Delivery Consultant (Sales and Marketing roles) - Central London - 3 days in office
A global agency, are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus on Delivery side working in the GTM recruitment team. You will partner closely with the Director and Senior Consultants on the team to focus on market mapping, sourcing headhunting and working end to end with existing clients in the GTM space. You will be hiring Sales, Presales, Marketing, customer Success and product roles for tech clients in UK EU and USA.

Ideal candidate
- You will need at least 2 years experience recruiting in an agency.
- You will need proactive sourcing, market mapping and headhunting experience and be good at finding talent in a candidate sparse market.
- Ideally you will have proven experience hiring Sales, Marketing and Product roles into tech companies.
- Motivated to improve their billings and be as high billing as possible and open to learning new ideas
- Unfortunately if you are currently in Talent acquisition role/internal role they wont be able to look at you.
