A successful growing IT and SaaS recruitment business based in Liverpool Street, London. The company are very forward-thinking and also owns an events business, which fuels significant interest in their services as well as their standard recruitment model.

The Recruitment Consultant Role

Delivery Consultant - Sourcing salespeople and process management for some roles. You will not be doing business development in this team.

The Requirements

• You will most likely have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in a relevant field, doing perm hires in a contingent market
• Must be coming from an agency background, not from an in-house role
• Must be a passionate recruiter, still loving recruitment
• Hard-working mentality
• Wanting to develop, continually learn and progress. Open to learning, good listener, takes feedback well, wants to push themselves.
• Commutable within 1 hour to the office location in Liverpool Street.
