Delivery Consultant - Tech recruitment into European clients, London Bridge area

My client, a growing, forward-thinking and innovative agency that specialises predominantly in supporting the recruitment for tech clients in Europe, is currently looking to hire a delivery consultant.

The role will be working on the delivery team, working on multiple client accounts in DACH and the wider European region. Progression could be Account Manager or 360 consultant, longer term. You might also be placed on embedded projects with clients.

The roles will predominantly have an 80% tech focus due to the type of businesses and accounts they work on; however, there will also be commercial roles and GTM/Sales positions too.

The delivery team here is very specialist, with senior consultants having been headhunted and recruited for over three years, and are highly respected and well-partnered in the business. You will be working on really great roles that are good to fill rather than the ones consultants can't fill, etc. The team are really respected for their expertise and experience.

• Review applications and screen candidates
• Proactively source candidates from LinkedIn and a variety of job boards
• Contact candidates in the database
• Qualify candidates for client roles and gain their interest in being put forward.
• Write candidate summaries, job descriptions, and job adverts
• Manage the recruitment process with current clients, from taking role details down to managing interview and offer processes with the candidate and client.
• Managing relationships with client accounts and increasing coverage and scope of accounts where possible into new areas, geographies, or new contacts, etc.
• Work on-site and manage the recruitment as an internal recruiter would, working directly with hiring managers and line managers to manage the recruitment process.

• Flexible working hours from 7 am to 7 pm, so you can start later and work later or start earlier and finish earlier if you choose to etc.
• Up to £800 commission per placement on the delivery team
• Bonuses for passing leads that are converted to filled roles elsewhere in the business
• Bonus for hitting KPIs, whether you make a placement or not.

• Someone with ideally 3 years or more of recruitment delivery experience, either in an agency or RPO background. You could have been a delivery consultant or a 360 consultant who prefers the delivery side.
• Ideally, you will have managed the full relationship with clients and had client contact in terms of taking role details down and managing process of interviews and offers
• It would be ideal if you have worked on a mixture of hard-to-fill roles where you need to do proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards, and have experience of filling high-volume account roles for established clients.
• Ideally, you will be very ambitious and wish to progress within the business. They have a very detailed promotion and career development plan and have lots of targets to help people achieve this.
