Senior Recruitment Consultant - GTM

A highly successful, long-standing professional services and tech agency based in Central London is seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM)/ Sales Recruiter to build a new desk and business area.

Remote or 2 days in office

The Recruitment Consultant Role

  • You will be building out a new market for this agency, working as part of the marketing recruitment team, and building on their established brand and good name to set up a new specialist desk.
  • You can recruit globally. They are an international brand with offices in many international locations. They are set up to recruit into USA, Europe and UK.
  • Once successfully billing and building the market, you can fast-track to management and hire a team. (You don't need previous management experience)
  • You can recruit into a range of tech markets, AI, SaaS, cyber, regtech, martech etc, and focus on Sales and Go to Market roles. You will have a huge remit and scope to build.
  • Dual desk (Perm and contract/interim)
  • Mostly contingent, but if you have worked on retained at a senior level, this is also of interest.

Ideal candidate?

  • You will come from a 360 agency recruitment background (not internal or RPO) as you will need to do business development and build out the desk.
  • Ideally, you will have at least 3 years BD experience within a 360 agency recruitment role.
  • You will need at least 1 year's experience focusing specifically on Go-to-market and sales recruitment within the tech space.
  • You will have had good tenure and have ideally secured promotions in your previous roles.
  • You will be enthusiastic and excited about building a new market within a large global brand.
