Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end. The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship things customers love and the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined product area
- Conduct customer research, write product specs, and align stakeholders
- Partner closely with engineering and design through the build cycle
- Define and track product metrics; iterate based on data
- Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success
- Make tough prioritisation calls and communicate the why clearly
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Product Manager shipping software products
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative decision-making
- Excellent written communication, including PRDs and stakeholder updates
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
- Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguous projects to outcomes
- Empathy for customers and curiosity about their problems
