This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is leveraging innovation and technology to transform its sector. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations, with a focus on purchase ledger management, employee expense processing, and financial control. This position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and tech-led environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the purchase ledger to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing Reconcile supplier statements and support monthly payment runs Administer employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies and HMRC guidance Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies Assist in the preparation of month-end reports and reconciliations Provide general support to the finance function as required Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role Strong knowledge of purchase ledger and expense management processes Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team Experience with finance systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar) desirable Company Culture People are at the heart of this organisations success.
