Senior Business Analyst
Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Commercial Pharma operations and a strong understanding of AI-driven analytics solutions. This role will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and AI/BI solution architects to drive data modernization, intelligent automation, and advanced insights across commercial functions. The candidate will play a strategic role in shaping how AI augments decision-making, operational efficiency, and reporting within the organization.
Work and Technical Experience:
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in data and analytics
- Strong Pharma Commercials experience
- Ability to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics
- requirements for Commercial business areas
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and ability to convert business requirements into
- implementation ready Epics and user stories
- Hands on knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting and analytics will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tools: Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, SQL, Microsoft office suite
Must To Have
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in data and analytics
- Strong Pharma Commercials experience especially with knowledge around Drug Launch for the European Geography
- Ability to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics requirements for Commercial business areas
