🚀 The Opportunity

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, evaluate, and deploy cutting edge AI capabilities across multiple product lines. You will work on LLMs, agentic frameworks, retrieval systems, evaluation pipelines, and proprietary model improvements. You will collaborate with world class engineers and researchers, turning breakthrough ideas into high impact production systems.

This is hands on, high ownership engineering, with huge scope, fast iteration cycles, and the ability to influence the direction of the entire AI roadmap.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

You will own and contribute to projects such as:

Build and deploy advanced GenAI models

• Design, fine tune, and optimize LLMs, Transformers, and diffusion models.
• Develop intelligent assistants, summarisation tools, document Q&A, code generation, and domain specific reasoning systems.

Create high scale evaluation & monitoring frameworks

• Build rigorous evaluation pipelines to benchmark models, detect drift, and guide R&D direction.
• Ensure reproducible experimentation, robust deployment, and high quality model delivery.

Develop powerful retrieval & agentic AI systems

• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and context aware pipelines.
• Leverage embeddings, knowledge graphs, and multi-step reasoning agents.

Take AI from idea → production

• Deploy models into production using modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Build scalable APIs, inference pipelines, and end‐to‐end MLOps workflows (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, etc.).

Shape the future of our AI platform

• Prototype bold new ideas fast. Iterate with a “learn quickly, ship often” mindset.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and domain experts to identify high impact use cases and refine strategy.

🛠️ What You Bring

Must‐Haves

• Strong Python engineering skills and experience shipping AI/ML systems into production.
• Hands‐on experience with LLMs, RAG, Transformers, or NLP/IR architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimisation techniques.
• Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps workflows and ML tooling.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

Nice‐to‐Haves

• Experience with LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate etc), or agent frameworks.
• Track record of advanced side projects or research contributions.
• Full stack familiarity (e.g., React, Postgres, TypeScript) is a plus.
