  • Keeping all infrastructure documentation, configuration details, and change logs accurate, controlled, and fully maintained.
  • Upholding compliance with recognised security and operational standards
  • Providing guidance, support, and knowledge‐sharing to junior team members, helping develop their technical growth and capability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in Infrastructure Support or Systems Administration
  • A clear understanding of modern cloud services, particularly Azure, covering IAM, security, and governance.
  • You’ll bring extensive PowerShell expertise, using scripting to automate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and optimise infrastructure operations, alongside hands on experience building and supporting Azure environments.
  • Strong proficiency across Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system administration.
  • Solid grounding in virtualisation platforms such as Hyper‐V.
  • Robust knowledge of network fundamentals, including routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Excellent communication skills, paired with strong problem‐solving abilities and thorough documentation practices.

Who You Are

  • A strategic yet hands on problem solver
  • Calm under pressure and focused on continuous improvement
