The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and evolving key business-critical systems.

You'll have the freedom to influence technical decisions, introduce new ideas, and contribute directly to the company's long-term technology vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver greenfield applications and platform capabilities
• Build AI-enabled services and intelligent automation solutions
• Develop high-performance, scalable web applications
• Take ownership across the full software development lifecycle
• Drive improvements in architecture, performance, resilience and scalability
• Work within distributed, high-volume environments
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Service teams
• Coach and mentor fellow engineers, helping raise technical standards
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Champion engineering best practices, code quality and continuous improvement

You'll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions and tackling complex technical challenges.

Experience & Skills

✔ Strong background developing production-grade applications

✔ Commercial experience with React, C# and ASP.NET

✔ Full-stack development expertise

✔ Experience working within cloud-based architectures

✔ Strong understanding of scalable and distributed systems

✔ Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

✔ Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers

✔ Interest in AI, automation or emerging technologies

✔ A continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation
