We're working with a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS business that is helping organisations protect one of their biggest attack surfaces - the inbox. Following significant investment and continued international expansion, they are looking to appoint a Channel Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of their partner growth strategy.
This role will initially focus on the UK market, with the opportunity to develop into a broader EMEA remit over time.

What You'll Be Doing
Taking Ownership of an Established Channel
This isn't a greenfield opportunity. You'll inherit an active network of distributors and resellers, along with an established book of business that continues to generate opportunities. Your role will be to build on that success and take it to the next level.
Growing Strategic Partnerships
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new distributors and resellers across the UK and wider European market.
Driving New Business
This is not a pure account management position. Our client is looking for someone with a hunter mentality who can create opportunities, re-engage dormant partners, and develop new routes to market.
Building Go-to-Market Strategies
Create and execute partner plans that drive engagement, increase pipeline generation, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Working Cross-Functionally
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure partners have the support and resources needed to succeed.
Using Data to Drive Growth
Leverage partner registrations, market insights and existing data sets to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
What You'll Bring
Channel Sales Experience
Experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliances, or a similar commercial role within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
Partner Development Expertise
A proven track record of building and growing reseller or distributor networks and developing long-term strategic partnerships.
Commercial Mindset
The ability to identify opportunities, create a clear plan of attack, and deliver measurable business growth.
Strong Communication Skills
Confidence engaging with partners at all levels and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
High Ownership Mentality

Willingness to Travel
Comfortable travelling across the UK and Continental Europe to support existing partners and develop new business opportunities.
