Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in the technology sector, ideally with experience selling into HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition markets. This is a commission-only role, ideal for self-motivated individuals who excel in a results-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition sectors.
  • Generate 10–15 qualified appointments per month with key decision-makers.
  • Leverage our dedicated market intelligence tool to research, target, and secure appointments.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the HireWithLumi platform to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, appointments, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in technology sales, preferably selling into HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition markets.
  • Appointment Setting Expertise: Track record of generating qualified appointments with business decision-makers.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (ideally at C2 or equivalent).
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Results-Driven: Committed to meeting and exceeding monthly appointment goals.
