An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business & Project Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business that specialises in delivering data-driven solutions for major UK and global brands. Working as part of a centralised team of experts, you'll play a pivotal role in client delivery, project management, and business growth.

Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you'll act as a trusted partner across multiple projects, supporting the development of innovative data and technology-led solutions that drive measurable results. The Role

As Business & Project Manager, you'll work across four core areas: client management, operations, new business, and project delivery. You'll oversee multiple client projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, while also helping to refine internal processes and identify opportunities for growth.

This role would suit a confident, commercially astute professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, with experience in managing client relationships and data/insight/technology-related projects. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the team.

Business & Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple data-led projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and client expectations are met
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business challenges
  • Support new business activity through proposals, pitches and developing client opportunities
  • Oversee project billing, commercial tracking, job codes and accurate forecasting in collaboration with Finance
  • Work with senior leadership to refine processes, optimise resource allocation, and drive operational improvements
  • Collaborate with analysts, strategists, engineers and partner agencies to deliver impactful solutions

Business & Project Manager Requirements:

  • Significant client & project management experience from an agency background, with experience of data, technology, or insight-led teams ideal
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in supporting new business activity
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic and confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
