The Role: As Strategic Sales Director, you will sit within a high-performing commercial team, responsible for driving new business revenue across agencies and brands within the UK market.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants ownership of strategic revenue growth.
You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, building long-term agency relationships while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
The role is London-based, with an expectation to work regularly from a shared London office environment alongside the wider team.
Strategic Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Drive new business revenue across media agencies and brands
- Build and strengthen relationships within major agency groups
- Pitch programmatic and display advertising solutions at senior level
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Develop and maintain a strong revenue pipeline
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Contribute to UK commercial growth strategy

Strategic Sales Director Requirements: This role would suit someone who:
- Is based in or within commuting distance of London
- Has proven experience selling programmatic or ad-tech solutions
- Demonstrates strong relationships within media agencies and/or direct brands
- Has a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Understands the digital media and programmatic ecosystem
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and target-focused
- Confident pitching to senior agency stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience selling into large agency networks or independent agencies
- Background within boutique ad-tech, trading desks, or digital media owners
- Experience working within a scale-up or high-growth business
