They're hiring across two levels, SMB and Mid-Market, to build out the next phase of the sales team.

About the role

As Account Executive, you will:

• Work prospects generated by the product itself, converting free or self-serve users onto enterprise plans.
• Build genuine expertise in how AI is changing recruiting, not just learn a pitch.
• Run sales processes end to end, often with several stakeholders involved, from first contact through to close.
• Feed what you learn in the market back to the founders and product team directly. Your input shapes the product roadmap.
• Build a strong network across a fast-growing set of well-known startups and scaleups.

About you

For Mid-Market:

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally with complex sales into mid-market or small enterprise tech buyers.
• A track record of thriving inside a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup.

For SMB:

• 1+ years in a sales role with an early, clear track record of success.
• A strong academic background, plus the same scaleup energy and hustle.
• Comfortable with a hybrid setup, at least three days a week in the London office.

Across both levels: sharp, systematic, resilient, and genuinely motivated to win.

Comp

There are two comp tiers depending on level:

• SMB: £60k-£65k base (£120k-£130k OTE)
• Mid-Market: £90k base (£180k OTE)
