This is a high-impact account management role. You'll own a portfolio of marketplace customers across the UK and US, driving retention and growing wallet share month on month. About the role

As Account Manager, you will:

  • Own a portfolio of marketplace customers, driving 10-20% month-on-month growth in retention and wallet share.
  • Act as the single point of contact for resellers, vintage stores, and enterprise buyers.
  • Re-engage lapsed accounts, understanding why they churned and building compelling reasons to return.
  • Use WhatsApp, email, calls, and curated stock recommendations to keep customers active and expanding.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to scale your ability to manage more accounts at higher quality.
  • Feed customer insights back to product, operations, and supply to drive platform improvements.

About you

As Account Manager, you'll need:

  • 2+ years in a commercial or account management role, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company.
  • Experience working with SMBs, independent retailers, or entrepreneurs, not long enterprise procurement cycles.
  • An AI-first mindset. You've built workflows, automated tasks, or implemented AI tools in your day-to-day in the last 6 months. This is a hard requirement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You've thrived in environments where the playbook didn't exist yet.
  • Strong relationship skills across multiple channels, from WhatsApp to in-person.
  • Self-motivated and commercially driven. You own your numbers.
  • Experience in sales or customer success with revenue targets would be a bonus.
