Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis projects across the business. The role combines deep analytical work with strong stakeholder leadership — driving the analyses and recommendations that shape major decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis projects spanning multiple teams and functions
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks
- Build models, dashboards, and reports that inform decisions
- Run stakeholder workshops and facilitate cross-functional alignment
- Mentor junior analysts and review their work
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis or analytics consulting
- Strong SQL and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience leading complex projects with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and storytelling with data
- Comfort framing ambiguous problems and structuring solutions
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
