Role Overview
We are hiring a Software QA Engineer to lead test strategy across products. The role combines deep test engineering with collaboration across product and engineering — building confidence in every release.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead test strategy and planning for major features and releases
- Build robust automated test frameworks across web, mobile, and API
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed
- Mentor junior QA team members and review test coverage
- Partner with product and engineering on quality definitions
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in software QA with strong automation focus
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
- Programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with API testing and performance tooling (JMeter, k6)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
- Strong written communication and bug reporting discipline
