T24 Technical Specialist (Temenos Transact)

We are seeking an experienced T24 Technical Specialist to join a dynamic international banking technology team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with deep expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) to play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and evolving a critical core banking platform.

This is an in-house, end client role with exceptional career security, progression & stability.

Location: Central London (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home)
Salary: £66,000 per annum starting salary + bonus & very good corporate bank benefits package

Job title: Temenos Transact (T24) Systems Developer.

The Role

You will act as a subject matter expert for T24, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving system improvements, and supporting integrations across the bank's IT landscape. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant solutions, across the T24 Transact ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and resolve issues across T24 daily operations
• Enhance system functionality to meet evolving business needs
• Deliver development across the full lifecycle: design, coding, testing, and maintenance
• Install patches, upgrades, and support system integrations (including APIs)
• Monitor system performance, stability, and security
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications
• Collaborate across teams and liaise with Temenos support where required
• Provide user support, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Participate in out-of-hours support for critical issues

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Temenos Transact T24 (including R24, AA, TPH, SC, RP modules)
• Expertise in TAFJ , MS SQL , and jBC development
• Working knowledge of Java within T24 environments is desirable .
• Proven experience in integrations, APIs, and system customisation (Browser)
• Solid understanding of banking products and core systems
