Founding Account Executive (£70k-£80k + OTE £160k) — Well-Funded AI SaaS Platform

About the Role

Hirehoot is supporting a well-funded AI SaaS platform in hiring their Founding Account Executive - a pivotal early commercial hire who will build the entire sales motion from zero.

You will own the full sales cycle, define the GTM strategy, and work directly with the founders to shape product-market fit. This is an opportunity to make a monumental impact at a company backed by top-tier investors behind Monzo and Citymapper, Figma .

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Create, test, and refine the first sales playbook.
  • Partner daily with the founding team to turn customer insights into product and GTM decisions.
  • Help shape messaging, ICP, and repeatable processes as the company scales.

Who you are

  • 5–8 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally closing deals without brand backing .
  • Proven success selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
  • Thrives in early-stage, pre-product-market-fit environments.
  • Comfortable building GTM motions, processes, and collateral from scratch.
  • Curious, resilient, and excited by fast-paced AI innovation.
