Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:
FinTech Horizon Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications that power our next-generation financial platform. You will work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum

  (depending on experience)

• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus

• Benefits: 28 days annual leave, private healthcare, company pension scheme, and flexible hybrid working options (2 days in the London office, 3 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.Js and Node.Js.

• Architect and implement efficient database schemas and RESTful APIs.

• Mentor junior developers and participate in constructive code reviews.

• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.Js, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
