Salary: 110k-140k Pounds (150-175k USD) + 10% Bonus + RSU's

Our client, a progressive LegalTech Saas firm, is looking for a hands on engineering manager who can lead a team of 6-8 mid-sr engineers. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing project requirements, delegating tasks, and fostering technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Leadership: Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to meet project goals.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of engineers, ensuring the highest standards in product delivery and facilitating cross-team communication.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical teams and various stakeholders, including management, product managers, and product designers.
  • Reporting & Risk: Prepare progress reports, deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders, and identify risks to develop contingency plans as needed.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with cloud-based technologies and architectures.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale a diverse team of engineers with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Java, C#, Typescript, or Python in an enterprise environment.
