It's a Remote role Open for both UK & EU location. Working on US time zone and the salary is 70K - 80K GBP/Annum

Job Description:

  • FGPP production support and issue troubleshooting
  • Trace analysis, DB analysis, and payment flow investigation
  • FGPP configuration (profiles, rules, pre/post rules, object rules, cache refresh, etc.)
  • Banking/payment domain knowledge
  • Customer-facing and escalation management experience
