TechStack - 3 Mandatory Skills 8 - 12 years of experience in banking technology implementations.

Job Description:

Responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or migration projects for Temenos Transact (T24) core banking systems.

Ensuring complex, high-stakes banking technology projects delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Managing entire BAU support and assisting technical/business teams on resolving day-to-day operation issues.

Typical Qualifications

• 8 - 12 years of experience in banking technology implementations.

• Temenos certification is often preferred.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

Common Project Focus Areas

• Core Banking Modernization.

• Version Upgrades (e.g., T24 to latest releases R23/R24).

• Digital Banking Platform Migration.

• TPH (Temenos Payment Hub) Implementation

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven T24 Experience: Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Temenos T24 implementation or upgrade projects.

• T24 Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of T24 modules (e.g., AA Deposit/Lending, Payments, Treasury, Accounting).

• Project Methodologies: Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• System Knowledge: Understanding of T24 technical architecture, including TAFJ/TAFC and interfacing methods (e.g., OFS, Web Services).

• Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-vendor environments.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Strategy: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria, driving the implementation of T24 core banking systems from initiation to post-go-live support.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the bank, Temenos, system integrators, and internal business/IT stakeholders.

• Implementation Oversight: Oversee data migration, system integration (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final cutover/go-live activities.

• Risk & Issue Management: Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Budget & Resource Control: Manage project finances, project teams (internal/external), and vendor resources to align with the business case.

• Technical Compliance: Ensure all developments comply with bank security, governance, and regulatory standards.
