Windows Server Upgrade Project Manager
* Support the primary PM with project documentation, reporting and tracking of project milestones
to ensure timely completion of upgrade tasks.
Support the identification and mitigation of risks and issues related to server upgrades.
e Ensure compliance with organisational policies, IT standards, and best practices throughout the
upgrade process.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in project administration or co-ordination, preferably within IT infrastructure or
server upgrade projects.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across
multiple teams.
Competency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project or
SmartSheets, Excel, SharePoint, ).
Experience facilitating technical Command Centre meetings/calls to ensure the runbook scripts
are followed and prompt escalation/navigation of issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in business administration, project management, information technology, ora
related field.
Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE?, PMP) is advantageous.
Reporting Line
The Project Administrator will report directly to the Project Manager responsible for the Windows server
upgrade programme.
